North Carolina High School Football - Currituck County defeated by Northeastern
October 2, 2025: Elizabeth City, NC 27909 The Northeastern Eagles were winner over the visiting Currituck County Knights football squad by a margin of 12-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Eagles now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to First Flight for a non-league test on Thursday, October 9. Northeastern will clash with a Nighthawks squad coming off a 14-0 non-league loss to Currituck County (Barco, NC). The Nighthawks record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Currituck County drops to 5-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Catholic (Virginia Beach, VA) to clash with the Crusaders in a non-league test on Thursday, October 16. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 0-2. Catholic lost 25-20 in their recent non-league test against First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC)
