In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting South Adams Starfires volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Adams Central Flying Jets.

The Starfires (19-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Fort Wayne Snider (Fort Wayne, IN). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 13-17 record. In their last challenge, Fort Wayne Snider lost by East Noble (Kendallville, IN), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Flying Jets play the Southern Wells Raiders (Poneto, IN) in a Allen County challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Adams Central will attempt to upgrade on its 11-14 season record.
