California High School Volleyball - Liberty over Freedom

October 2, 2025: Brentwood, CA 94513

The Liberty Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Freedom Falcons to 1 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now possess a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage for a Bay Valley outing on Tuesday, October 7. Liberty will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 league win over Antioch (Antioch, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, Freedom drops to 8-7 on the campaign. The Falcons host Pittsburg (Pittsburg, CA) to clash with the Pirates in a Bay Valley outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Pirates come into the outing with a record of 2-13. Pittsburg lost 3-2 in their recent league outing against Emerald (Dublin, CA)
