Monroe County Falcons (Tompkinsville, KY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Glasgow Scotties (Glasgow, KY), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Falcons (14-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Adair County (Columbia, KY). The Indians enter the non-league challenge with a 23-5 record.

Next, the Scotties meet the Russell County Lakers (Russell Springs, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 13. Glasgow will attempt to upgrade on its 15-13 season record.
