The Newark Reds volleyball squad (Newark, NY), dropped 3-1 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Midlakes Screaming Eagles (Clifton Springs, NY)

With the win, Midlakes improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Screaming Eagles host Le Roy (Le Roy, NY) to meet the Oatkan Knights in a non-league contest on Saturday, October 4. The Oatkan Knights enter the contest with a record of 12-1. Le Roy won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Letchworth (Gainesville, NY)
