South Carolina High School Volleyball - Ridge View can't hold off Spring Valley

The Spring Valley Vikings tipped the visiting Ridge View Blazers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Thursday's league game.

Coming up next, the Vikings clash with the Westwood Redhawks (Blythewood, SC) in a AAAAA Region 5 bout, on Tuesday, October 7. Spring Valley will attempt to better on its 12-18 season record. The Redhawks come into the bout with a 0-12 record after their 3-1 league loss to Ridge View (Columbia, SC).

The Blazers (9-7) will now prepare for their match against Lugoff-Elgin (Lugoff, SC). The Demons enter the AAAAA Region 5 match with a 14-3 record. In their last match, Lugoff-Elgin held off Blythewood (Blythewood, SC), 3-0, in a league match.
