Georgia High School Softball - Lanier County can't get by Portal
October 20, 2022: Portal, GA 30450 In Thursday's non-league contest, the Portal Panthers (Portal, GA) softball team held off the visiting Lanier County Bulldogs (Lakeland, GA), by a margin of 5-4.
With the triumph, Portal moves its record to 14-10 on the year. The Panthers travel to Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA) to play the Longhorns in a non-league contest on Friday, October 21. The Longhorns come into the contest with a record of 10-19. Lanier lost 11-5 in their recent league contest against Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, GA)
