Telfair County Trojans (McRae, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Miller County Pirates (Colquitt, GA), 10-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 11-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lanier for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 21. Telfair County will battle a Longhorns squad coming off a 11-5 league loss to Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, GA). The Longhorns record now stands at 10-19.

With the loss, Miller County falls to 17-9 on the campaign.
