October 20, 2022: Albany, NY 12208 In Thursday's league contest, the Academy of the Holy Names (Albany, NY) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Voorheesville Blackbirds (Voorheesville, NY), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the face the Cohoes Tigers (Cohoes, NY) in a Section 2 Colonial - Liberty contest, on Monday, October 24. Academy of the Holy Names will attempt to better on its 14-2 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 0-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Ichabod Crane (Valatie, NY).
With the loss, Voorheesville moves to 5-11 on the year.
