New Mexico High School Volleyball - Pecos overwhelmed by Clayton
October 20, 2022: Clayton, NM 88415 In Thursday's league battle, the host Clayton Yellowjackets volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Pecos Panthers.
The Yellowjackets (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, NM). The Lions come into the 2A District 6 battle with a 17-3 record. In their last battle, Santa Rosa achieved victory over Texico (Texico, NM), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Panthers clash with the Texico Wolverines (Texico, NM) in a 2A District 6 battle, on Saturday, October 22. Pecos will attempt to advance on its 4-15 season record. The Wolverines come into the battle with a 12-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, NM).
