The Patuxent Panthers thwarted the host Leonardtown Raiders football team by a count of 27-7 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Patuxent upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Panthers host Calvert (Prince Frederick, MD) to confront the Cavaliers in a Southern Maryland - Potomac outing on Friday, October 27. The Cavaliers go into the outing with a record of 7-1. Calvert won 19-17 in their recent league outing against Northern (Owings, MD)

With the loss, Leonardtown moves to 3-5 on the season. The Raiders travel to Chopticon (Morganza, MD) to confront the Braves in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 26. The Braves go into the outing with a record of 2-8. Chopticon lost 30-0 in their recent league outing against Great Mills (Great Mills, MD)
