The crowd at Friday's league contest between the McAllen Bulldogs (McAllen, TX) and the visiting Palmview Lobos (La Joya, TX), observed McAllen's football squad defeat Palmview by a count of 26-0.

The Bulldogs now own a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Rowe for a 5A-1 Region IV District 15 contest on Friday, October 27. McAllen will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 33-7 league win over Rio Grande City (Rio Grande City, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 4-4.

Coming up next, the Lobos encounter the Vela Sabercats (Edinburg, TX) in a 5A-1 Region IV District 15 contest, on Friday, October 27. Palmview will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
