New York High School Soccer - Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk overwhelmed by Mohonasen
October 2, 2023: Ravena, NY 12143 In Monday's league battle, the visiting Mohonasen Warriors soccer squad scored a close 5-0 triumph over the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Indians.
The Warriors (8-5) will now prepare for their battle against Lansingburgh (Troy, NY). The Knights come into the Colonial Council match with a 1-10 record. In their last match, Lansingburgh was overwhelmed by Voorheesville (Voorheesville, NY), 8-0, in a league match.
With the loss, Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk drops to 0-9 on the season. The Indians travel to Albany Academy for Boys (Albany, NY) to encounter the Cadets in a Colonial Council match on Wednesday, October 4. The Cadets come into the match with a record of 6-4. Albany Academy for Boys won 3-1 in their recent league match against La Salle Institute (Troy, NY)
