Massachusetts High School Volleyball - Shawsheen Valley Tech tips Wilmington

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Shawsheen Valley Tech Rams (Billerica, MA) and the host Wilmington Wildcats (Wilmington, MA), saw Shawsheen Valley Tech's volleyball squad nip Wilmington by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Shawsheen Valley Tech upgrades its record to 15-1 on the year. The Rams host Whittier RVT (Haverhill, MA) to play the Wildcats in a Commonwealth Upper bout on Saturday, October 21. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 5-5. Whittier RVT lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Shawsheen Valley Tech (Billerica, MA)

The Wildcats now own a 3-15 record. They play next when they host Melrose for a Middlesex bout on Monday, October 23. Wilmington will play a Red Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Westborough (Westborough, MA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 15-2.
