The Highland Tech Rams football team (Gastonia, NC), was ripped 52-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Thomas Jefferson Gryphons (Mooresboro, NC)

The Gryphons (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Corvian Community trounced Victory Christian Center (Charlotte, NC), 27-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Rams now sport a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Gaston for a 1A/2A West Conference 40 challenge on Friday, October 28. Highland Tech will meet a Warriors team coming off a 61-7 league loss to Shelby (Shelby, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 5-4.
