October 21, 2022: Holliday, TX 76366 The Holliday Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Henrietta Bearcats to 0 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now have a 38-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jacksboro for a 3A Region I District 7 game on Tuesday, October 25. Holliday will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to City View (Wichita Falls, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 13-22.
The Bearcats (24-12) will now prepare for their game against Vernon (Vernon, TX). The Lions enter the 3A Region I District 7 game with a 6-23 record. In their last game, Vernon dropped by Bowie (Bowie, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
