New Mexico High School Volleyball - Melrose tips Logan
October 21, 2023: Melrose, NM 88124 The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Melrose Buffaloes (Melrose, NM) and the visiting Logan Longhorns (Logan, NM), saw Melrose's volleyball squad nip Logan by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, Melrose upgrades its record to 13-1 on the year. The Buffaloes host Grady (Grady, NM) to play the Bronchos in a 1A District 6 bout on Tuesday, October 24. The Bronchos go into the bout with a record of 11-7. Grady won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Clovis Christian (Clovis, NM)
The Longhorns now own a 13-5 record. They play next when they travel to San Jon for a 1A District 6 bout on Saturday, October 28.
