October 21, 2024: Luray, VA 22835 Luray Bulldogs (Luray, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Stuarts Draft Cougars (Stuarts Draft, VA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Luray improves its record to 15-3 on the season. The Bulldogs host Clarke County (Berryville, VA) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 22. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 9-9. Clarke County lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA)
The Cougars now own a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buffalo Gap for a non-league test on Thursday, October 24. Stuarts Draft will face a Bison squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA). The Bison record now stands at 5-15.
