October 21, 2024: St. Helens, OR 97051 Fans at Monday's league contest between the St. Helens Lions (St. Helens, OR) and the visiting Seaside Seagulls (Seaside, OR), observed St. Helens's volleyball team top Seaside by a count of 3-1.
The Lions (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against Astoria (Astoria, OR). The Fishermen enter the 4A Cowapa contest with a 12-6 record. In their last contest, Astoria notched a victory over Scappoose (Scappoose, OR), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Seagulls battle the Tillamook Cheesemakers (Tillamook, OR) in a 4A Cowapa contest, on Wednesday, October 23. Seaside will attempt to move on its 0-16 season record. The Cheesemakers enter the contest with a 9-10 record after their 3-2 league loss to Scappoose (Scappoose, OR).
