Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Bakersfield Christian Eagles (Bakersfield, CA) and the visiting Independence Falcons (Bakersfield, CA), observed Bakersfield Christian's volleyball team top Independence by a count of 3-0.

The Eagles (13-8) will now prepare for their battle against Garces Memorial (Bakersfield, CA). The Rams go into the non-league battle with a 18-12 record. In their last battle, Garces Memorial was defeated by Liberty (Bakersfield, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
