Texas High School Volleyball - Lancaster bounced by Cedar Hill

Cedar Hill Longhorns (Cedar Hill, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Lancaster Tigers (Lancaster, TX), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Longhorns (13-16) will now prepare for their challenge against DeSoto (DeSoto, TX). The Eagles enter the 6A Region II District 11 challenge with a 17-12 record. In their last challenge, DeSoto was beaten by Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Mesquite Skeeters (Mesquite, TX) in a 6A Region II District 11 challenge, on Friday, October 24. Lancaster will attempt to upgrade on its 10-21 season record. The Skeeters go into the test with a 8-17 record after their 3-0 league loss to Horn (Mesquite, TX).
