Connecticut High School Football - Suffield Academy held off by Salisbury School
October 22, 2022: Suffield, CT 06078 In Saturday's league game, the Salisbury School Crimson Knights (Salisbury, CT) football team tipped the host Suffield Academy Tigers (Suffield, CT), by a final score of 24-19.
The Crimson Knights (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Phillips Exeter Academy (Exeter, NH). The Lions come into the Northeast Prep game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, Phillips Exeter Academy got by Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA), 36-7, in a league game.
The Tigers now hold a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Williston Northampton for a Northeast Prep game on Saturday, October 29. Suffield Academy will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 38-37 league win over Wyoming Seminary College Prep (Kingston, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-1.
