October 15, 2022: Salisbury, CT 06068 The crowd at Saturday's league contest between the Cheshire Academy Cats (Cheshire, CT) and the host Salisbury School Crimson Knights (Salisbury, CT), observed Cheshire Academy's football squad defeat Salisbury School by a count of 21-7.
The Cats now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hun for a Northeast Prep test on Saturday, October 22. Cheshire Academy will confront a Raiders team coming off a 48-7 non-league win over Hill School (Pottstown, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 6-0.
With the loss, Salisbury School moves to 1-4 on the season. The Crimson knights travel to Suffield Academy (Suffield, CT) to confront the Tigers in a Northeast Prep test on Saturday, October 22. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 1-4. Suffield Academy won 27-24 in their recent non-league test against Buckingham Browne & Nichols (Cambridge, MA)
