In Saturday's non-league contest, the Perquimans Pirates (Hertford, NC) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Tarboro Vikings (Tarboro, NC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Pirates battle the Northside - Pinetown Panthers (Pinetown, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 25. Perquimans will attempt to better on its 22-1 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 19-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Union (Rose Hill, NC).

With the loss, Tarboro moves to 11-10 on the year.
