October 22, 2024: Newport News, VA 23608 The Kecoughtan Warriors (Hampton, VA) volleyball were victorious over the host Woodside Wolverines (Newport News, VA), 3-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 17-1 record. They play next when they host Heritage for a Peninsula bout on Thursday, October 24. Kecoughtan will clash with a Hurricanes team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Norcom (Portsmouth, VA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 16-4.
With the loss, Woodside drops to 8-10 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Gloucester (Gloucester, VA) to clash with the Dukes in a Peninsula bout on Thursday, October 24. The Dukes come into the bout with a record of 7-10. Gloucester lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Heritage (Newport News, VA)
