October 22, 2024: Central Lake, MI 49622 Pellston Hornets (Pellston, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Central Lake Trojans (Central Lake, MI), 3-1 in a league test.
With the win, Pellston improves its record to 10-18 on the season. The Hornets travel to East Jordan (East Jordan, MI) to face the Red Devils in a non-league test on Saturday, October 26. The Red Devils go into the test with a record of 9-8.
The Trojans now own a 6-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boyne Falls for a non-league test on Monday, October 28. Central Lake will face a Loggers squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Maplewood Baptist Academy (Kinross, MI). The Loggers record now stands at 8-12.
