In Tuesday's league match, the River Islands Riptide (Lathrop, CA) volleyball squad prevailed the host Venture Academy Mustangs (Stockton, CA), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Riptide confront the Turlock Christian Eagles (Turlock, CA) in a Central California Athletic Alliance match, on Thursday, October 24. River Islands will attempt to move on its 9-14 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 4-15 record after their 3-0 league loss to Ben Holt College Prep Academy (Stockton, CA).
