California High School Football - Roosevelt can't hold off Chaparral
October 22, 2025: Eastvale, CA 92880 Chaparral Pumas (Temecula, CA) followers went home pleased Wednesday as they observed their football squad nudge the host Roosevelt Mustangs (Eastvale, CA), 35-28 in a league match.
The Pumas (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Centennial (Corona, CA). The Huskies come into the match with a 8-1 record. In their last match, Centennial tipped Norco (Norco, CA), 63-12, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Mustangs confront the Murrieta Valley Nighthawks (Murrieta, CA) in a match, on Wednesday, October 29. Roosevelt will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Nighthawks come into the match with a 6-3 record after their 49-34 league win over Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA).
