The Holmes Huskies football team (San Antonio, TX), dropped 52-28 in Thursday's league bout with the host O'Connor Panthers (Helotes, TX)

With the win, O'Connor advances its record to 3-5 on the season. The Panthers travel to Stevens (San Antonio, TX) to battle the Falcons in a 6A Region IV District 28 contest on Saturday, November 1. The Falcons enter the contest with a record of 2-6. Stevens lost 45-0 in their recent league contest against Brennan (San Antonio, TX)

Coming up next, the Huskies battle the Marshall Rams (San Antonio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 28 contest, on Thursday, October 30. Holmes will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record. The Rams enter the contest with a 0-8 record after their 24-7 league loss to O'Connor (Helotes, TX).
