North Carolina High School Football - Chambers can't hold off West Charlotte
October 23, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28216 The West Charlotte Lions got by the visiting Chambers Cougars football squad by a margin of 6-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Lions now sport a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Mecklenburg for a test on Thursday, October 30. West Charlotte will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 32-0 non-league loss to Independence (Charlotte, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 4-5.
With the defeat, Chambers drops to 6-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC) to face the Mavericks in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 29. The Mavericks go into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Mallard Creek won 38-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Butler (Matthews, NC)
