The Chambers Cougars were victorious over the visiting Independence Patriots football team by a score of 20-12 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars face the North Mecklenburg Vikings (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 16. Chambers will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record.
