The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the North Johnston Panthers (Kenly, NC) and the visiting North Pitt Panthers (Bethel, NC), witnessed North Johnston's football squad wallop North Pitt by a tally of 50-8.

The Panthers (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against SouthWest Edgecombe (Pinetops, NC). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, SouthWest Edgecombe crushed West Craven (Vanceboro, NC), 42-0, in a non-league contest.
