October 24, 2022: Washington, NC 27889 Washington Pam Pack (Washington, NC) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting SouthWest Edgecombe Cougars (Pinetops, NC), 8-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Pam Pack confront the Ayden - Grifton Chargers (Ayden, NC) in a Eastern Plains 2A challenge, on Wednesday, October 26. Washington will attempt to better on its 16-4 season record. The Chargers enter the challenge with a 5-13 record after their 7-1 league loss to SouthWest Edgecombe (Pinetops, NC).
The Cougars now have a 1-13 record. They take the field next when they host West Craven for a Eastern Plains 2A challenge on Wednesday, October 26. SouthWest Edgecombe will confront a Eagles team coming off a 5-1 league loss to North Pitt (Bethel, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 3-12.
