Ohio High School Volleyball - Northview over Notre Dame Academy
October 24, 2022: Toledo, OH 43623 Northview Wildcats (Sylvania, OH) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Notre Dame Academy Eagles (Toledo, OH), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Anthony Wayne Generals (Whitehouse, OH) in a Northern Lakes match, on Wednesday, October 26. Northview will attempt to advance on its 19-5 season record. The Generals come into the match with a 16-8 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Springfield (Holland, OH).
With the loss, Notre Dame Academy drops to 10-14 on the campaign.

MILLBURY - The 2022 District Semifinals featured Notre Dame vs. Northview and it was all Wildcats sweeping the Eagles in straight sets, 25-15, 25-14, 25-21 to move to their 4th District Final in 5 years and to move to 19-5 on the season.
Leading for Northview was junior middle blocker, Claire Smith, with 7 kills, hitting .500 and both outside hitters, Kam Hunt and Sydney Hires both with 9 kills, Hunt added 10 digs and won 13 points on serve. Junior setter, Natalie Kerchevall, chipped in 6 kills, 10 assists and 11 digs for another double-double, while also winning 9 points from the service line. Junior setter, Hannah Schoen, added 19 assists, and 8 points from serving, and junior libero, Jordyn Pakulski provided 15 digs.
Northview will play NLL member, Anthony Wayne, on Wednesday at 6:00 P.M. for the 2022 District Final.
