Arizona High School Flag Football - Deer Valley tops Thunderbird

October 24, 2024: Glendale, AZ 85308

The Deer Valley Skyhawks flag football squad scored 17 points and limited the visiting Thunderbird Titans to 7 in the Skyhawks league triumph on Thursday.

The Skyhawks now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Goldwater for a 4A Skyline test on Tuesday, October 29. Deer Valley will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 24-6 non-league loss to St. John Paul II Catholic (Avondale, AZ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-8.

With the defeat, Thunderbird drops to 6-4 on the campaign. The Titans host Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ) to meet the Lions in a non-league test on Thursday, October 31. The Lions come into the test with a record of 3-4.
