California High School Volleyball - Menlo School tips Notre Dame
October 24, 2024: San Jose, CA 95112 The Menlo School Knights (Atherton, CA) volleyball edged the host Notre Dame Regents (San Jose, CA), 3-2 in Thursday's league game.
Next up, the Knights face the Notre Dame Tigers (Belmont, CA) in a West Bay - Foothill game, on Tuesday, October 29. Menlo School will attempt to advance on its 13-14 season record. The Tigers go into the game with a 11-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Mercy (Burlingame, CA).

Menlo School emerged victorious at the end of a 5 set slugfest that went to 21 points in the fifth set. On a night when Notre Dame San Jose celebrated their 9 graduating players, senior OH Quinlan Jones turned in a sparkling performance, notching 30 kills and a career high 23 digs. Menlo's senior OH Lily Kautai consistently found the floor on a bevy of smart swings, but it was Menlo's incredible defense that won the day. Junior Libero Ava Wang_ led the Knights with rock solid passing and digging that kept them in points and saved 3 match points on the road to victory.
