October 24, 2025: New Orleans, LA 70117 In Friday's league match, the visiting Archbishop Rummel Raiders football team scored a nice 24-3 win over the Holy Cross Tigers.
With the win, Archbishop Rummel improves its record to 5-3 on the season. The Raiders host Jesuit (New Orleans, LA) to play the Blue Jays in a 5A District 9 match on Friday, October 31. The Blue Jays come into the match with a record of 5-4. Jesuit lost 37-10 in their recent league challenge against John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA)
The Tigers (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Augustine (New Orleans, LA). The Purple Knights go into the 5A District 9 challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, St. Augustine toppled Brother Martin (New Orleans, LA), 49-16, in a league challenge.
