The Fairfax Stampede football team (Laveen, AZ), was tipped 20-17 in Friday's league bout with the host Central Bobcats (Phoenix, AZ)

With the win, Central advances its record to 2-7 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Camelback (Phoenix, AZ) to encounter the Spartans in a 5A Metro bout on Friday, October 31. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Camelback won 33-14 in their recent league contest against North (Phoenix, AZ)
