Virginia High School Football - Potomac Falls over Freedom

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Potomac Falls Panthers (Sterling, VA) and the host Freedom Eagles (South Riding, VA), witnessed Potomac Falls's football squad knock off Freedom by a tally of 35-10.

The Panthers (4-4) will now prepare for their bout against Briar Woods (Ashburn, VA). The Falcons go into the Potomac bout with a 6-2 record. In their last bout, Briar Woods beat Riverside (Leesburg, VA), 24-7, in a league bout.

The Eagles now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Stone Bridge for a Potomac bout on Friday, October 31. Freedom will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 76-0 league win over Riverside (Leesburg, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-1.
