The Glencoe Yellowjackets felled the visiting Locust Fork Hornets football team by a score of 45-14 in Friday's league test.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Piedmont for a 3A Region 6 test on Friday, October 31. Glencoe will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 56-16 league win over Wellborn (Anniston, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-0.

With the defeat, Locust Fork drops to 1-8 on the campaign.
