Spectators at Friday's league bout between the Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ) and the host Skyline Coyotes (Mesa, AZ), saw Mountain Pointe's football team bounce Skyline by a final score of 48-6.

With the win, Mountain Pointe advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Pride host ALA - Gilbert North (Gilbert, AZ) to encounter the Eagles in a 5A San Tan bout on Friday, October 31. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-1. ALA - Gilbert North won 42-13 in their recent league bout against Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ)

The Coyotes now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Gilbert for a 5A San Tan bout on Thursday, October 30. Skyline will encounter a Tigers team coming off a 49-33 non-league loss to Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ). The Tigers record now stands at 4-5.
