California High School Football - Weed loses to Trinity

Trinity Wolves (Weaverville, CA) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Weed Cougars (Weed, CA), 35-6 in a league battle.

With the win, Trinity advances its record to 3-5 on the season. The Wolves host Mt. Shasta (Mt. Shasta, CA) to play the Bears in a Shasta Cascade battle on Friday, October 31. The Bears come into the match with a record of 5-3. Mt. Shasta won 12-7 in their recent league match against Modoc (Alturas, CA)

Coming up next, the Cougars confront the Fall River Bulldogs (McArthur, CA) in a Shasta Cascade match, on Friday, October 31. Weed will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 4-4 record after their 49-14 league loss to Redding Christian (Palo Cedro, CA).
