Trinity Wolves (Weaverville, CA) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Mt. Shasta Bears (Mt. Shasta, CA), 28-24 in a league battle.

With the win, Trinity advances its record to 4-5 on the season. The Wolves travel to Modoc (Alturas, CA) to encounter the Braves in a Shasta Cascade battle on Friday, November 7. The Braves go into the battle with a record of 4-5. Modoc won 41-0 in their recent league battle against Etna (Etna, CA)

The Bears now own a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fall River for a Shasta Cascade match on Friday, November 7. Mt. Shasta will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 62-14 league win over Weed (Weed, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-4.
