October 25, 2022: Overton, NV 89040 In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Cheyenne Desert Shields soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Moapa Valley Pirates.
The Desert Shields (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Equipo Academy (Las Vegas, NV). The Yeti come into the 3A South - Mountain battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, Equipo Academy nudged Virgin Valley (Mesquite, NV), 4-2, in a league battle.
The Pirates (1-15) will now prepare for their battle against Boulder City (Boulder City, NV). The Eagles come into the 3A South - Mountain battle with a 9-10 record. In their last battle, Boulder City was nudged by Sports Leadership & Management (Henderson, NV), 5-4, in a league battle.
