Texas High School Football - Dekaney can't hold off Spring

The Spring Lions got by the visiting Dekaney Wildcats football team by a score of 34-32 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions play the Nimitz Cougars (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 challenge, on Thursday, October 31. Spring will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Cougars go into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 41-21 league win over Eisenhower (Houston, TX).

The Wildcats (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against MacArthur (Houston, TX). The Generals go into the 6A Region II District 14 challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, MacArthur was edged by Westfield (Houston, TX), 52-0, in a league challenge.
