The El Diamante Miners football team (Visalia, CA), dropped 42-14 in Friday's league bout with the host Redwood Rangers (Visalia, CA)

With the win, Redwood advances its record to 3-6 on the season. The Rangers travel to Mt. Whitney (Visalia, CA) to encounter the Pioneers in a East Yosemite bout on Friday, November 1. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 2-7. Mt. Whitney lost 28-19 in their recent league challenge against Porterville (Porterville, CA)

The Miners (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Golden West (Visalia, CA). The Trailblazers go into the East Yosemite challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Golden West toppled Monache (Porterville, CA), 45-7, in a league challenge.
