October 25, 2024: Campbellsville, KY 42718 The Taylor County Cardinals felled the visiting Lincoln County Patriots football team by a score of 36-10 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Cardinals face the Green County Dragons (Greensburg, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 1. Taylor County will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Dragons go into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 32-27 league loss to Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY).
The Patriots (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mercer County (Harrodsburg, KY). The Titans go into the non-league challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Mercer County toppled Garrard County (Lancaster, KY), 16-14, in a league challenge.
