October 25, 2024: Raceland, KY 41169 Raceland Rams (Raceland, KY) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Nicholas County Bluejackets (Carlisle, KY), 65-0 in a league battle.
With the win, Raceland advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Rams travel to Lexington Christian (Lexington, KY) to play the Eagles in a non-league battle on Friday, November 1. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 7-2. Lexington Christian won 52-7 in their recent league battle against Washington County (Springfield, KY)
The Bluejackets now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Bath County for a non-league battle on Friday, November 1. Nicholas County will play a Wildcats team coming off a 36-35 league win over Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-6.
