Oregon High School Football - Yamhill-Carlton sneaks past Warrenton
October 25, 2024: Yamhill, OR 97148 The Yamhill-Carlton Tigers football squad scored 26 points and limited the visiting Warrenton Warriors to 21 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now hold a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host North Marion for a 3A Special District 1 test on Friday, November 1. Yamhill-Carlton will meet a Huskies squad coming off a 27-16 league win over Rainier (Rainier, OR). The Huskies record now stands at 1-7.
With the defeat, Warrenton drops to 5-3 on the campaign. The Warriors host Banks (Banks, OR) to meet the Braves in a 3A Special District 1 test on Friday, November 1. The Braves come into the test with a record of 7-0. Banks won 54-12 in their recent league test against Valley Catholic (Beaverton, OR)
