The Celina Bobcats volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Gainesville Leopards to 0 in the Bobcats league triumph on Friday.

The Bobcats now possess a 21-12 record. They play next when they host Aubrey for a 4A Region II District 9 outing on Tuesday, October 29. Celina will play a Chaparrals team coming off a 3-0 league win over Sanger (Sanger, TX). The Chaparrals record now stands at 27-12.

With the loss, Gainesville drops to 1-21 on the campaign.
